User Administration
User Administration will allow users to be added and existing users to be edited. Each user will have unique site rights depending on what settings are applied here.

After you choose to edit and existing user or add new user you will see this screen. Login name is what a user will enter in when they log in. Password must be entered twice to verify likeness. If a user will need global web administration rights check user is web administrator. If a user will be altering site display colors check user can change site appearance. You can enable and disable a users ability to log in be toggling the user is active check box. Save changes when complete.

User Site Rights can be added and deleted here. Choose the site(s) user needs to access. If the user needs to create objects and set security on that site the site administrator must be checked. Press Delete Site Rights if you need to remove user from site or need to make change.

Object such as reports and queries can be added or removed here. If a user needs access to a report and/or query you can control access from here. A user should not have object rights to a site that the user cannot access. Site rights and object rights work together here. This example shows no object rights.

This example shows object rights added corresponding to the site access allowed.
